  • KGUN-TV 9.x Phoenix (Scripps Broadcasting Holdings) has added Bounce TV on channel 9.4. The new subchannel is also seen on co-owned translator K16EO-D 9.x in the Marana - Oro Valley area.
  • K21GE Camp Verde (The Camp Verde TV Club, Inc.) has returned to air, rebroadcasting KNXV-TV 15.1 Phoenix.

Programming Changes

  • TEGNA Inc. has announced that it will partner with Cooper Media to launch a new ad-supported multicast network called Quest, featuring adventure and exploration programming. Quest is expected to launch on TEGNA-owned stations this month. KPNX 12.x Mesa is likely to be one of the initial stations launching Quest. If history is any indication, viewers might expect to see Quest sometime during the third week of January.

  • K46IL-D 32.x Verde Valley (The Camp Verde TV Club, Inc.) applied for and has been granted a license to cover its flash cut to digital. The station has been broadcasting a digital signal since October 2016 as a repeater of K32LO-D Prescott. Technical specifications: Ch 46; TL 34° 41' 14" N, 112° 7' 0" W (Mingus Mtn.); ERP 1.5 kW directional; HAAT 767 m.
