Already an update.

KPHE-LD 44.x (16) has placed NewsNet on channel 44.3, moving the infomercials dubbed into Spanish to channel 44.6.

A few days ago, 3ABN disappeared from KHDF 19.4 in Las Vegas. It was replaced with Infomercials from an unidentified feed. 3ABN continues to be available in Las Vegas via K36NE 43.1.

In preperation for the ATSC 3.0 launch in less than two weeks in Las Vegas, KSNV added My Net TV to their sub-channels but still using the regular virtual channel designation of 33.2. This is currently resulting in two feeds of 33.2. One from KSNV, and the original from KVCW.

How is the ATSC 3.0 launch being administered? Is it a special license or a LPTV or ?

In Las Vegas, the ATSC launch is on full power KVCW RD 29, virtual 33.The network service for ABC, CBS, NBC, and the CW all migrated to that channel this morning. In prep, the existing sub-channels were sent packing to other stations in town. No glitches were detected in the big move. I don't forsee any full power stations using any LPTV station in the future to keep their ATSC 1.0 signal alive for the 5 year mandate. They can all be accomodated else within the Valley.

In Vegas, K36NE upgraded their 43.5 sub-channel from colorbars and/or blank screen to episodes of Bonanza today. Thus far, I've not seen any network identification.

The new sub-channel, 43.5, on K36NE Las Vegas is a feed of OnTV4U.
