Programming Changes

• KMSB 11.x (25) Tucson (Sander Operating Co. V d/b/a KMSB Televsion) has added Comet on channel 11.7, and correcting an item from the June/July TV Update, QVC is on channel 11.8, not 11.6. As of the first week of October 2022, there is no channel 11.6 in Tucson.
• KNXV-TV 15.x Phoenix (Scripps Broadcasting Holdings LLC) has added channel 15.5, airing QVC2.
• KOLD-TV 13.x (32, 13) Tucson (Gray Television Licensee LLC) has added Charge! on channel 13.6. As of the first week of October 2022, there is no channel 13.5 in Tucson.
• KDVD-LD 50.x (25) Phoenix (Globe LPTV LLC) has added Telemax on channel 50.2, moving the infomercials to channel 50.3. Channel 50.8 carries the "Lease" ID that used to be on 50.3, but 50.8 is still a blue screen.
• KUDF-LD 14.x Tucson (LM Media Group Inc.) will be moving GNTV Latino to channel 14.6 sometime soon, according to a crawl that they have been running on the GNTV Latino subchannel in their station network. The change has not occurred yet (tip of the hat to Calaveras).
• KVGA-LD 12.x Las Vegas (Digital Networks Southwest LLC) has resumed broadcasting.

Transactions

• KDNU-LD 7.x (30) Las Vegas NV (LVNV Broadcasting Company LLC) is proposed to be sold to Bridge News LLC for the amount of $900,000. The proposed sale has not yet been approved by the FCC.
• KMSQ-LD 15.x Mesquite NV (Center Point Broadcasting Company LLC) is proposed to be sold to Bridge News LLC for the amount of $100,000. The proposed sale has not yet been approved by the FCC.

Construction Permits and Special Temporary Authorizations Granted

• KBFY-LD 41.x (2) Yuma (KBFY LLC) requested and was granted a construction permit to change its broadcast antenna. No other broadcast parameters were changed.
• KVCW 33.x (29) Las Vegas NV (KUPN Licensee LLC) requested and was granted a construction permit to reduce the power of its auxiliary broadcast facility at its primary distributed transmission site, DTS-1, from 164 kW to 57.14 kW. No other broadcast parameters are proposed to be changed.
• KGHD-LD 6.x Las Vegas NV (Obidia Porras) was granted an Engineering STA to operate an analog FM audio carrier to occupy part of its broadcast stream. NextGen television broadcast is proposed to occupy 5.509 MHz of the 6 MHz signal. Technical specifications: Ch 6; TL 35° 56' 46" N, 115° 2' 37" W (Arden Peak); ERP 3 kW DA EP; HAAT 571 m (1873 ft).

• KJPO-LD 49.x (25) Tonopah (Iglesia Manmin Toda la Creacion USA Inc.) has requested a Silence STA, claiming that it has lost access to its transmitter site.

Expired, Expiring, Canceled and Dismissed

• The FCC has canceled the license of K25HD-D Bullhead City (Richard D. Tatham). The station has not broadcast for several years and never filed for a renewal of license.
• The FCC has canceled the license of K27EC-D Lake Havasu City (Lake Havasu Christian Television). The station has not broadcast for several years and never filed for a renewal of license.
