In the course of my work at the new job last week, I stumbled across the website for Mexico's digital transition. I figure it may be useful to some readers here, so I am providing the link. Do let me know if you find it to be useful or interesting.
Tijuana is only a few weeks away from being digital-only.

Interesting that while Canada did not subsidize decoders (and the U.S. did,) this site shows Mexico not only provides them free but installs them as well. We'll see how the spectrum auction impacts them (and vice versa.)
With my proximity to Mexico, this is certainly of interest to me.
Thanks for the link!
Note that the transition in Tijuana was delayed; it was supposed to happen a month ago.
According to my co-worker (who lives close to the border, in Chula Vista, CA), the transition in Tijuana did indeed occur on 5/28/13.
Fred, any word on whether or not XHBJ-44 is on the air?
Mexico's official website reports they have reversed the analog shutdown in Tijuana. The old transmitters are back on and the latest cutover date is July 18.
