• K27KS-D Globe/Miami (KPHO License Corporation) has filed for a license to cover its change to a new antenna, replacing one no longer supported by the manufacturer.
• K35EE Moccasin (Mohave County Board of Supervisors) has requested a license to cover its flash cut to digital. It has not yet been granted, nor is the station on the air. Technical specifications: Ch 35; 36-54-22 N, 112-48-48 W (Moccasin Peak); 2.52 kW directional; HAAT 371 m.

• K04QP-D Casas Adobes (KVOA Communications, Inc.) has filed to upgrade its license to Class A status. It had sought Class A status as analog station K64BV, but was ineligible due to broadcasting on an out-of-core channel. K04QP-D is the digital companion of K64BV and KVOA is seeking to transfer the Class A application from analog to digital.
• K45LU-D 5.x Window Rock (The Navajo Nation) has filed for a license to cover its construction permit. Technical specifications: Ch 45; TL 35-40-51 N, 109-3-8 W (Diné College Window Rock); ERP 2.52 kW directional; HAAT -53 m. (21 m. AGL).
• K16IL-D Kanab UT (Western Kane County Special Service District #1) has filed for a license to cover and to change its programming source from KUPX-TV 16.x Provo to KTTA-LD 42.x Monroe UT, in southern Sevier County. KTTA-LD provides programming local to central and southern Utah. Technical specifications: Ch 16; TL 37-3-35 N, 112-31-12 W; ERP 0.063 kW directional; HAAT 103 m.
